THE SALES ENGINEERING UNIT :

Our expertise as far as technical knowledge and information is concerned for  ( mixing plan)  with the information they posses will pass on all they have learnt to the customers will lead the course all through of the presentation of the product by contacts and participate to lecture . solve problems  .

Signing sales  contracts and finally to satisfy the clients and the customers to move on to the next step by being at your side all the way to get the best possible result. .

CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE UNIT :

We hold ourselves responsible for our production which means we will welcome any kind of complaints regarding our products to ensure our client satisfaction . we will be honored to hear any problems during our working hours .

SALES ACCOUNTING UNIT :

In order to ease the accounting sessions for our customers the unit is located in the sales department as to as to clarify all procedures for the satisfaction of our clients and customers
